Over the past 25 years, Nan has worked across the high performance sport system as a High Performance Manager, Sports Scientist, Exercise Physiologist, and Strength and Conditioning Coach. She holds a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning and has supported athletes from grassroots to elite level.
What sets Nan apart is that she doesn’t just coach master's athletes; she is one. She continues to compete in Masters Hockey at a state and national level, giving her a real understanding of what it takes to train, recover, and perform over 35.
She understands the balance of training, life, recovery, and injury risk, and how to adapt performance with age while still achieving high performance outcomes.
This combination of expertise and lived experience allows Nan to deliver training that is effective, sustainable, and performance-driven, without breaking the athlete down.
Her approach is simple: help athletes understand how and why they train, so they can train smarter, stay consistent, and perform with confidence.
